Our core values
Our number one goal is to make sure that all of our employees return home safely to their families every day. We make safety part of our everyday life, and it is our highest priority which makes the job better for everyone. By not losing time due to a safety emergency, we can reduce the cost of our insurance and workman’s compensation. By placing a high priority on safety, we are able to provide more competitive pricing to our valued customers.
We believe that we are your number-one choice for plumbing repair, Oklahoma City and the surrounding areas. We recognize things like hot water heater repair OKC, that can make a big impact on the quality of your home. You can depend that when we start a project we will see it through successfully to completion and at the highest levels of safety and quality. We believe that every customer deserves professional service delivered in a respectful manner. Whether it’s a commercial or a residential project our values and integrity will not waver. We are able to achieve this by treating all of our employees as our most valuable asset. They will, in turn, treat each and every customer with the highest level of respect.
This Is What We Believe
We believe in holding ethics and integrity to the highest standard.
Our employees are important and respected. They accept responsibility for all of their work and are advanced based on their merit.
We believe that if we steward our resources well we can give back to the local community as well as those far away.
We believe we can bring light into dark places by lifting up those of us who are the most vulnerable. This is the most important service that we can provide. However, we cannot do this without you!
Oklahoma law requires all OKC plumbing professionals to carry licenses while they are working. To earn these licenses, training, testing and continued education has to be completed. If you settle for less your insurance could be affected if an unlicensed contractor has worked in your home or business.
Don’t trust Handy Andy! The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
Michael Boelte is the owner of Lakeshore Plumbing Company and has been in the OKC plumbing industry in Oklahoma City for over twenty-two years. He began his career as a ditch digger for a local plumbing company. In that capacity, he has excavated many sewer lines, water lines, and gas lines by hand, many times to a depth of up to fifteen feet and many times this was done through Shale or sand rock using a pickaxe or Maddox to break up the hardened material. During this time as well, he was trained in some of the original methods of joining pipe materials that included caulking cast iron, soldering lead drains and copper water lines. He had the opportunity to learn the methods of troubleshooting and repairing antique faucets and fixtures that at the time were still in use. After the mandatory three year apprenticeship, he earned his journeyman’s license. Since that time he has earned his contractor’s license and a wealth of knowledge and experience through working in the commercial, residential, new construction, remodel and service industry. He has worked in everything from multi-story buildings with four-inch water distribution piping, up to eight-inch drain lines, water pressure booster pumps and five hundred pound sewage ejector pumps located deep inside pits. He has provided his services for seven hundred square feet homes owned by families on a very limited budget. His faith, belief in the ͞Oklahoma Standard͟ as well as his desire to build up those around him, has played a large role in the reason why he decided to start his own plumbing company.
